Most polos use piqué — a structured, dimpled knit that holds its shape. This one uses terry: the same looped cotton construction you'd find on the inside of a sweatshirt or a good towel. It gives the fabric a soft, slightly nubby surface and a bit more body than a standard polo. At 220 g/m² it's a substantial piece — not a light summer shirt, but a proper mid-weight garment.
