Pickup & local delivery

Collect your order in-store at 159 Hunter Street, Newcastle from 9am daily. We'll send you an email as soon as it's ready.

Local delivery is available to addresses within 8km of the store. Select your address at checkout — if the local delivery option appears, you're eligible. Orders before 2pm are delivered the same day; orders outside these hours go out the next day.

You'll receive real-time tracking information when your order is out for delivery.

Returns

Our returns policy

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return

Do you offer free shipping in Australia?

Yes — all Australian orders over A$200 qualify for free standard shipping via Australia Post. Orders under A$200 are charged a flat rate of A$10. Express shipping is available for a flat rate of A$15.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. You'll receive an email within 24 hours confirming it's on its way.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes — select store pickup at checkout and collect from 159 Hunter Street, Newcastle from 9am daily. We'll send you an email as soon as your order is ready.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes — local delivery is available within 8km of our store. Enter your address at checkout; if the local delivery option appears, you're eligible. Orders placed before 2pm during store hours are delivered the same day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached. Sale items are final sale. Email shop@therake.com.au with your order number to start a return.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Email cody@therake.com.au if you need sizing advice before buying.
