ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - The Rake Store, 159 Hunter Street, 2300
Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 8km of our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 2pm during store hours will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS UNDER A$200
Flat rate of A$10 for all orders under A$200. Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using Aus Post Standard Shipping Option.

Free standard shipping for all orders over A$200. Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using Aus Post Standard Shipping Option.
EXPRESS AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT
Flat rate express shipping fee of A$15 applies to orders shipping within Australia.
FLAT RATE NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS UNDER NZD$300
Flat rate of A$10 for all orders under A$300. Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using Aus Post Standard International Shipping Option.
FREE NEW ZEALAND STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS NZD$300 & ABOVE
We offer free standard international shipping to New Zealand on all orders over NZD$300. Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using Aus Post Standard International Shipping Option.
EXPRESS NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING AVAILABLE AT CHECKOUT
Flat rate express shipping fee of NZD$20 available at checkout via Aus Post Express International
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT, GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Rake Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus any shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@therake.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
