Remote Projects is a family-run brand based in Bangalow, NSW — in the Northern Rivers country where rainforest, mountains, and river systems meet the sea. Founded after a solo trip through India's Andaman Islands with a surfboard, a hammock, and a 1981 military-issue canvas backpack, the brand was built on one idea: make things that genuinely last.

Every piece is made from 10oz Army Duck waxed canvas with waterproof lining and industrial-grade hardware, and backed by a 10-year warranty. The range includes tote bags, utility bags, weekenders, and blankets — the kind of gear you reach for every day and pass on eventually. Remote Projects also donates a portion of every sale to Bush Heritage Australia, supporting the protection of native land.
