The Provider Store Matsu Earth Candle is made from red clay in a family-run kiln in Seto, Japan — each cup is unique as a result of the clay and firing process. The pure soy wax is hand poured in the Provider Store Surry Hills studio. Available in ten scents: Tabako, Sakura, Hikari, Dāku, Kumo, Komorebi, Onsen, Provider Studio, Provider Store, and Maido.

Once the wax is finished, the cup becomes a Japanese tea cup or a straight-sided desk vessel. Designed to be kept, not discarded.

  • Red clay ceramic — family-run kiln, Seto Japan — each cup unique
  • Pure soy wax, hand poured in Provider Store Surry Hills studio
  • 10 scents: Tabako, Sakura, Hikari, Dāku, Kumo, Komorebi, Onsen, Provider Studio, Provider Store, Maido
  • Vessel reusable as tea cup or desk vessel — wash with hot soapy water
  • Trim wick to 5mm before each burn, keep away from drafts
